What Are the Minimum Requirements?

To join us, you will need access to or the ability to lease land no less then of approximately 1 acre and ideally 2 acres or more. The condition of the land is not the most crucial aspect. If the land exceeds 2 to 3 acres, it opens up opportunities for expanding your business to include camping and hosting events, enabling us to support you further and grow your business income further.
